Terms and Conditions

By engaging Guilfoyle Roofing for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided, including roofing, siding, gutter installation, repairs, and consultations.

Guilfoyle Roofing provides professional roofing, siding, and gutter services including:

• Roof installation, repair, and replacement
• Siding installation and repair
• Gutter installation, cleaning, and repair
• Storm damage assessment and repair
• Free estimates and consultations

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in your contract.

We provide warranties on both materials and workmanship. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Our workmanship warranty covers our installation and labor. Specific warranty terms will be detailed in your service contract.

Guilfoyle Roofing carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers' compensation. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage caused by acts of nature, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed during our initial assessment.

Either party may cancel services with written notice. Cancellation terms and any applicable fees will be specified in your service contract. If materials have been ordered specifically for your project, you may be responsible for those costs.
